"My wife, our 7 years old twins and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Pros: Prime location. Looking at the Mediterranean. Staff: the staff were very impressive. The hotel is very clean. The pool at the roof top and the lounge/bar are great. The rooms are spacious and is worth every dollar we paid. Needs helps: The hotel is a bit outdated. It needs facelifting. You can tell, the finishes in the rooms are not cheap at all. However, it needs some updates. The breakfast buffet is good. It needs some attentiveness. Even though there was variety of food there, but the presentation wasn’t great. The lobby is supper small considering the hotel size. Only two small coaches to sit on. It gets super crowded. Overall, we will definitely go back to this hotel."

"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."

"Our stay at El Sheikh Suites Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. A very special thank you to Petra at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our arrival effortless. She graciously checked us into our room at 10:30 AM, even though the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Petra was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience. I also want to recognize the entire team. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home throughout our stay. A sincere thank you as well to the hotel manager. Building a team like this doesn’t happen by accident—it reflects great leadership and a commitment to outstanding hospitality. You have assembled an incredible group of people who truly care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Petra, the entire staff, and the management team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend El Sheikh Suites Hotel and will definitely be returning!"
