「Location and room was premium」

「何度か泊っているホテルですが、スタッフがとても親切です。今回、水回りに少し不調があったのですが、すぐに対応して直してくれました。朝食もおいしいし（季節の果物がおいしい！いちじくがすごく甘かったです）空港送迎を事前に依頼できるのもありがたかったです。近所にスーパーがあるので、水など買うのに便利です。 今回、ルームサービスも利用しました。熱々のフィッシュ＆チップスが食べられました！」

「Amazing staff!!! Very hospitable !!! Very clean room … cleaning services waited form me till 3 pm until I left the room to clean it … Get the bigger room with balcony. Unfortunately there is a new building coming up infront blocking the sea view. 」

「This is my second stay at this hotel in a month time period and it was as good as the first stay. Still they need to update their towels and in some rooms the mattress. 」

「The receptionists were so kind for me! They booked / arranged the 2 private tours for me to visit northern and southern outskirts of Beirut, recommended some of supreme restaurants in the city, and told me how to enjoy the city! Especially one of the female receptionist was so nice (I didn’t hear the name...she had the nameplate of trainee, but her knowledge and hospitality was far above than those of trainee :) I regret I couldn’t say my thank you...) The place of the hotel is walking distance...
