全体的には、天気が良く、家のように過ごしたいならとてもおすすめ。
天気が悪そうなら飲食店もある街のホテルがいいだろうな、という印象でした。
私の宿泊した日は天気が良く、リビングでくつろぎながらお酒を飲んだり、夕陽をみたり、屋上で星を見たりして過ごしました。
(思いのほか街灯があって明るいですがちゃんと見えます)
最寄りのAコープで晩ご飯を買ってから行きましたが、奄美らしいものはそんなになかったです。
【よかった点】
・広い：
2階建で、1階が寝室3部屋・バスルームトイレ、2階がキッチン・リビング・洋室、3階に広いバルコニーと2人利用にはとても広い。
・備品がある：
使い捨てスリッパ、タオル、歯ブラシ、ティッシュ、キッチンペーパーなどは十分数がある。
・景色と静かさ：
2階リビングからの眺めは素晴らしい。周りも静かで波の音を聞きながらソフベッドにひいてゴロゴロするのが至福でした。
【気になった点】
・清掃が甘い：
全体的に清掃が雑い。廊下や椅子の上に砂？が乗っていたり、テレビや冷蔵庫にベタベタ触った後があったりしたので気になり拭きました。
ホテルライクやコンドミニアムな感じをイメージしているとガッカリすると思います。
(海が近いので劣化しやすさもあると思いますが、カーテンとか網戸とか手すりとかの汚れがところどころ気になりました。)
・キッチン備品が微妙
冷蔵庫の扉の向きが開けにくい方向だったり、冷凍庫が3段引き出しで使いにくかったり、フライパン使ったらすぐこびりついたり、な小さい不便がちょこちょこありました。

日中の景色も夜の景色も本当に素晴らしく、とても良い時間を過ごせました！
特にバレルサウナはとても気持ちよかったです。
一方で、少し気になった点もありました。
到着後にシャワーのお湯が出ず、施設へ問い合わせをした際に解 決までに少し時間がかかってしまったこと。
また、BBQの際に蚊が多く、蚊取り線香や虫よけがあるとより快適に過ごせると思いました。
キッチンが2階にあるため、飲み物を取りに行くのが少し大変だったので、クーラーボックスを持参すると便利かもしれません。
さらに、サウナ横の桶に少し水漏れがあったので改善されるともっと快適に利用できると思います。
全体的には景色やサウナのおかげでとても癒されましたし、工夫次第でもっと素敵な滞在になる施設だと感じました！
