The location was excellent, although the description of the property was not totally accurate in that there WAS no ocean view from anywhere in the apartment! You actually need to step out into the street to get a viewWe had a 2 night stay and there was NO hot water to shower on our first morning; I contacted the host and she advised that she would get somebody to look at it.Our second morning shower was only slightly better in that the water temperature was at least lukewarm but then ran cold within minutes. We also had no soap in the shower…..used the soap dispenser from the washstand which was totally inadequate. We had no internet service the entire first day/night but the host was able to furnish a password the second day.Making onward arrangements and checking emails was obviously impossible and frustrating as we had to visit a local coffee shop for internet service. This was a rare disappointing experience from the vast bookings we’ve done worldwide. The issues we’ve had can be easily corrected!
