"Staff spoke English and assisted us in getting our luggage when we had it shipped over from another hotel. They also had storage lockers for guest who are staying at the hotel to use. Hotel is just across from the Universal Studio so after a long day at the park it was nice not having to travel far to hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many great selections. The twin room was great and had a great view overlooking the studio park"

Definitely the best hotel we stayed at in our Japan trip. All dining options throughout the hotel were Devine. Was pleasantly pleased by the provision of a free daily city shuttle bus. Highly recommend. "

"Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Having a shopping center connected and easy metro access was a big plus. Also just a 5 minute walk from train station. Only very small improvement is only one 3 prong outlet was in the bathroom. Have stayed ay many that at least at man had one in the room for laptopsor easy foreign converters"
