"Très bonne localisation de l'hôtel. Accueil courtois. Le personnel a pu répondre à mes questions. La chambre était très petite, difficile d'y ouvrir nos bagages."

"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"This hotel is in an okay location - prepare to walk a bit to get to the main part of Copenhagen with shopping and food. I didn’t like that no one is there to meet you to help with luggage - you have to either take the elevator up or the escalator which was a pain with all my luggage. They also tried to charge us to bring ice up to the room - that was ridiculous. The roof is nice but closes fairly early (one night we were there it closed at 11, another day 10). They also don’t allow you to control the AC more than 3 degrees so our room was uncomfortably hot. I did like the shower and the size of the room though. Overall I thought it was overpriced and didn’t operate as a 5 star hotel."

"We had the smallest room, which was fine for our short stay. Other people have noted the size of the rooms, so be aware! Our bathroom shower drain was unfortunately clogged, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so the water would pond in the other areas of the bathroom. The location is very convenient and quiet."
