"Having the hotel linked to the airport was ao helpful. The food was beyond delicious. Our room was spacious, quiet, and bedding was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. This hotel has it all!"

"Wow!! Super easy to get to the hotel from the airport. I thought we’d have to walk outside in the rain, but following the signs there was a fully covered walkway to get there. Room was large and spacious. Bed was firm. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast cost extra, but wow! It was amazing!"

"Stayed in a queen suite. Nice decent room. Small issues with the walls and the blind, cables exposed and a large stain on the blind itself. But generally clean room. The hotel lobby is always very busy, and the entire hotel has a feeling of corporateness. The staff are friendly and help when needed but are held back by the fact everything is so expensive. We wanted too extend our stay by 12 hours to get an early flight only too be told that I would have to re-book the room at the market price. It is a shame that the staff cant do more than that. We also asked for someone to come and fix our tv as it disconnected from the hotels network. But no one came up as far as we were aware. As it was the last night this wasnt a big issue but regardless it would have been nice to have been fixed (it resolved itself the next morning). Overall a good location if you want a nice place to stay and are not too put of by the tiny details and hundreds of somewhat rude business men and women."

"We stayed here for two weeks. Overall great experience. Room was quiet and had a nice kitchenette with fridge and microwave and eating utensils. We used the communal kitchen downstairs everyday and that was great. It was awesome to have laundry available on sight which allows us to pack less. The room was nice enough and for the price point in Copenhagen it was a decent enough price. We frequented the mall next door not only for groceries but also saw a movie there and tried a variety of foods. I would stay here again for sure since the hotel is very close to Orestad station giving you direct train, bus and subway access to the rest of Denmark."
