"Clean room, we had a small problem on day 1 about sink not draining .. we called for service and they were there in minutes and fixed the issue… Everyday we came back to a clean room, fresh towels and an ambience so inviting you can sleep like a baby. Bed was firm (good firm, not stiff) , pillows were plenty and all soft.. Breakfast was delicious…. Fresh and lots of variety… Location: quiet neighborhood, lots of places are walking distance … easy to get Uber or Taxi If all NH Collections are like this one in Copenhagen, NH Collection will be my first choice when I travel. Lastly, when we asked for assistance with our luggage (my husbands back was hurting), they came exactly at the time we requested, eager to help and had a pleasant smile.
