"Mixed weather to start with. The land needed it badly! Took a trip back to Lisbon oceanarium on a wetter day and an evening trip to the Roman baths in Evora. Beautiful drive through the cork trees. "We stayed one night at this place and it was a pleasant experience. One thing we noticed however were the ants in the patio which eventually made their way into the washroom. Not sure if we had stayed longer if they would have been all over the house but they were certainly all over the washroom in a short period of time. A minor suggestion would be to place a shelf in the shower to have a place to put shampoo/soap, etc."

"We loved this place, especially the large kitchen and the patio. It was within the old city walls and close to the sights. There is not parking on site, but there is a free parking garage about a 5 minutes walk away. Like most of the stairs in old city centers, the stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms are steep, but this one had a good hand rail. The bathtub is large and the water is hot and we slept well on the beds."
