"I arrived at this hotel to check in but having seen the unhealthy entrance with mark of spitting, I decided to check the room before I check in, I found the bathroom was smelling with filthy smell of urine. I refuse to check in and asked for refund but unfortunately could not as the manager Mr Dilip attitude was totally negative and I left the place and checked in another hotel. "Amazing stay at The Leela Gandhinagar. This was my second visit in one month and the team made everything effortless. Special thanks to Nikita Kashyap at reception so positive professional and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not take my credit card for extras and simply said I could pay at checkout. That truly shows trust and class. Huge appreciation for Neelam Thakur from room service outstanding service and the best tea I’ve had in Gujarat. She personally made it for me. The food was excellent, and they also gave me a late checkout till 4 PM. Highly recommended. I’m coming back again this week. Nikita and Neelam truly deserve recognition."
