Customer Service is excellent. Right from you enter they make you feel special. We have visited the place before a few times and they remember us,call us by names,they know our preferences. It feels like coming home. A special shoutout to Anjali,Shyam and entire service team. At breakfast buffet,the team makes ur morning beautiful by their beyond excellence client experience. Housekeeping may use a little inspiration from their counterparts. To sum it up this place is home away from home for us

Not very hospitable, food not very good, slow service, staff does not understand instructions, however some staff members serving in restaurant were good, there was a problem with electricity in the room, maintainence staff came very late to repair. Iron was not working, had to get replaced. One set of toiletries for 2 persons in the room, no conditioner, many small issues

I stayed for 5 nights and much enjoyed my time. The staff were super attentive and would always be there to make sure everything was going well. The property is outside of Gandhinagar in the up-and-coming GIFT City area. The food in the restaurant was great although after 5 days I felt like the menu could have included a few more options. The breakfast buffet was great value and was always well stocked. The rooms are large and comfortable all with balconies and the area is quiet and overlooks surrounding fields. A big thank you to all the staff including Rishikant on the reception, Sustran and Vikash in the Restaurant.

Room is nice, location is good but buffet food is not all good. Limited food options are available. Do not go for buffet, it is better to go in ala carte. Welcome is also not so good.
