"Beautiful hotel with peaceful grounds filled with interesting statues and art pieces! The room was simple and comfortable. There was a regular pool and a warm one that was perfect for el valle’s cooler weather. Kids loved it. I loved that they also provide sunblock. The spa is really quite special! I only used the wet areas and it was so relaxing. They can certainly improve on the service. Everyone was nice but service was quite slow. The food we ordered both at the pool and restaurant lobby took a long time. When it finally arrived, we were missing utensils and napkins. We even had to request for water. Overall, a great place with room to improve."

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"It was next to the beach which was important for me with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of options to choose from and the staff friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place for a getaway and sleep to the sea waves sounds at night."

"We booked a room with a Mountain View and couldn’t have been happier. Love the use of shipping containers as rooms. Porch looking onto the mountains was meditative. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent with good prices. Breakfast was included. Also excellent. Friendly staff."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. There's friendly cats on the property so that's a plus too. The shower was a hassle to use, the shower head sprayed everywhere other than me and to use the hot water I had to keep my finger on a hose coming out of the heater. In the middle of the night another person staying came over banging at the door and swearing over tv noise not letting her sleep, even though the volume was at 10%, so noise travels easily between rooms."
