「Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!! Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt! 」

「Hotel Akapana is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Tiwanaku. A grand hotel located in front of Tiwanaku Archeological Site, this place provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner/manager is warm, friendly, attentive and while a language barrier existed, google translate and big smiles bridge that gap. A wonderful host indeed! 「Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. 」

「Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain 」

「町の中心から緩やかな坂道を歩いて10分程ですが、ホテル目前に急な坂があります。でも、その先にあるホテルから見えるチチカカ湖や街並みに癒されること間違いなしです。ホテルは元々、コパカバーナの地主の邸宅だったらしく、家具もアンティークで、朝食を食べる部屋には暖炉があり、贅沢な時間が過ごせました。オーナーがとても親切で、もっと滞在したかったなと思いました。」
