"The apartment is very nice. It is well furnished and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and eager to be of any assistance. The location is excellent. Only a few short blocks to the Niendorf Market where there are many shops, restaurants and the subway station. The train went directly to the convention center in 12 to 18 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In all it is a great place to stay in Hamburg!"

Das Wohn-/Esszimmer war recht hübsch; das eine Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett groß, aber durch die Straße laut. Das andere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sehr leise und schön dunkel.Kleinigkeiten fehlten: keine Warmhaltekanne, nur sehr dünne Handtücher im Bad und kleine Gästehandtücher, Fernseher ohne ARD und ZDF, keine Geschirrspülmaschine."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir wurden zu Beginn freundlich begrüßt und durch die Räumlichkeiten geführt. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Espressobohnen für den Kaffeevollautomaten, Gewürzen, etc. ist sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch im Übrigen toll, noch nie haben wir in einer Unterkunft z.B. so viele scharfe Messer vorgefunden, so macht das gemeinsame Kochen noch mehr Spaß! "The hotel location is good if your visiting Airbus. The hotel food/breakfast facilities are poor. If there is more than one person ordering food in the evening then it takes a age for your food to be ready. No fridge, water or wardrobe in your room. Only good for a couple of nights maximum. If your planning a longer stay look elsewhere. "

"t was a great stay over the New Year holiday. I needed to spend a few days in Hamburg and chose this hotel because of reviews. I am happy that I did. The check in was very swift; I received an email few days prior to my trip, asking to check in online and provide my documents. I complied and got a confirmation. When I have arrived to the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they were able to check me in before the usual time and I di not have to wait. My room was really good, nice view from the window, everything was working a very comfortable bed, a well equipped bathroom, 2 free bottles of water. The breakfast was a great choice of cold and hot food, everything was fresh. It is buffet style, so you won't be hungry. The maid service was great, my room was cleaned properly, towels changed and even got more water bottles. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the metro station ( U1 line) and a local bus station. There are a few supermarkets, including cafes and restaurants. Also the hotel is right in the park, so no noise from the traffic. I really enjoyed my stay."

"This was an interesting new type of hotel stay for us. My mother grew up in Altona in the 50s after the war. I hadn’t been to Hamburg in about 20 years so we decided to visit pre-Christmas for the markets (way too crowded and difficult public transportation during it). The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, deep well sink as well as cookware and utensils. It was relatively quiet and situated. Typical German hard mattress and too many smokers outside every door. I couldn’t live in a city like this, but an occasional visit should only take a few days off my life. "
