"Room was not as clean as it could be and TV channel selections were horrible; no instructions and staff couldn't answer questions about it. About the only thing that was great was the breakfast; one of the best I've had in a hotel and cooks were fantastically good and nice!!!"

"The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we did not have any issues. The breakfast was good along with the food and drinks served at the kickback hour. The thing that really impressed me was "Linda" who was in charge of the breakfast. She was very friendly and made you feel like if she was part of your family. You can tell when an employee loves their job and is good at it. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"For the amount we paid, I expected better but I assume the prices were high because everything going on that weekend. Eventhough it was a busy weekend, there was still plenty of parking. There were some good things worth noting so lets get into it. I will knock out the cons first: - The AC was really loud. - The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, even my 5 year old mentioned it (he has ASD and darker rooms freak him out). - I did see some mold in the bathroom or what looked like mold at least. - The sheets had some stains on them that seemed like were washed but just not able to come out. Pros: - I enjoyed the layout of the room because I have two kids and one is 9 so she wants her own bed but she is not old enough to have her own room even if its joined. So the 2 double bed and a sofa pull out is perfect. - We have a thing for indoor pools anytime we go places. This one was clean and well maintained and we had it all to ourselves. I did not swim but the kids did and they said although it was colder than expected for a heated pool, it was manageable. The pool area was really hot. It was like relaxing in a sauna. So that wasnt exactly fun but kids didn't seem to mind. - Staff was very nice. The phones stayed busy so we had to go downstairs to ask for additional towels and pillows but they were more than willing to accommodate. We only stayed one night as a quick birthday getaway for my sons birthday but my kids had a great time. "

"We have stayed here before and have loved each stay. Te outside however tables and seating areas were a little dirty I cleaned them myself. Otherwise good place to stay."
