"Was above a sex shop in a very scary area. Never went in, left immediately and got a better hotel on the other side of town. "

The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal. "

"close to train station staff welcoming and friendly room clean and bright plenty of lights bathroom had great heated towel rail heating very good in the room did not take breakfast so can't comment had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel when visiting Hamburg good value for money"

"The buffet staff and lobby receptionist were nice. Water pressure in the restroom is strong. Spacious rooms. And hotel is near everything:food, train, shopping centers. Plus, the hop on and hop off bus stop is in front of the hotel. "

"Modern Hotel situated on a quiet residential road but very close to bus service connecting to central Hamburg and Hafen City and the nearest U- Bahn is only a 10 min walk away. Buffet breakfast is excellent and ability to order food in the restaurant area until 11pm much appreciated "

"All the staff were amazing! I don’t remember the names for everyone - I can’t remember his name but the Argentinian man working those nights was amazing! The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in! Amazing all around - would recommend! "
