Welcome to our 68-square-meter vacation apartment in Alsfeld. This historic building was constructed in 1920. It consists of 8 fully furnished units of varying sizes. All apartments are lovingly furnished. The charm of this half-timbered building was fully preserved during this year’s renovation.
There are plenty of free parking spaces in the building’s courtyard for cars and even Sprinters. This cozy, new apartment in the heart of Alsfeld is waiting for a tenant. This beautiful apartment is ideal for 1 to a maximum of 4 people. It features a living area, a built-in kitchen with a dining area, and a completely new, stylish bathroom. The apartment is rented furnished, including all kitchen utensils such as a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, and dishes. The apartment includes a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a CD radio. From the living area, a very narrow, space-saving staircase leads to the bedroom on the upper floor. Please note that the apartment is therefore not well-suited for people with mobility issues or small children. Only the sleeper sofa in the living area is accessible as a sleeping option without having to climb stairs.
Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed anywhere in the building. Our vacation rental is centrally located. Shops, recreational facilities, and amenities for daily needs are all within a few minutes’ walk. The historic old town is right nearby, perfect for lovely walks. In addition, the city center offers shopping opportunities and a train station with connections to surrounding cities such as Fulda and Gießen. The highway is also nearby, allowing for quick access to the cities mentioned above. The Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area can also be reached via the highway in about an hour.
