It was a very nice boutique hotel that was in the heart of the Polanco area. Very close and walking distance to the Anthropological Museum, upscale shopping, and great food. We didn’t have any trouble using Ubers from the location. Nice service from the staff, and came with water to drink daily at no charge. The room was very cute and the bathroom was gorgeous. However, the we were located on the first floor and there were a few nights where there were rude quests that decided to walk in at 1-2 am in the morning loud as can be. ( think drunk loud) and I was upset that the hotel didn’t have signs or the courage to mention something to the guests that their behavior wasn’t acceptable. I’m happy people are having fun, but be respectful to other guests. The walls are very thin. The bathroom, although beautiful, was a slip hazard anytime you used the shower. The water sprays EVERYWHERE and you can easily slip. I had to cover the floor with towels all around just in case. The continental breakfast was basic, just fruit and a pastry. Overall, a 4 out of 5.

It is a cute little boutique hotel above a popular coffee shop. You must enter though the coffee shop to get to the hotel entrance. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. We had an garden view room with 18 inch balcony so not to hear road noise like from park view rooms. Free breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great. They had complimentary Mexican sweet breads and fruit along with hot cakes, chilaquiles or eggs. The temperatures in Mexico city were not what we expected in June. It was a high of 75 maybe and lows of 58. We stayed in jeans and a hoodie daily. It is 2000 ft higher than Denver in elevation. The room has a significant lean/slant from one end to the other. Like the floor is sinking. You can feel the uphill walking from one side to the other. Also while seated on toilet you lean to one side because of floor. The room was spacious. The TV was hung crooked. The shower was a beautiful marble all around including shower floor. I saw my life flash before my eyes a few times stepping in. It is slick. Throw a towel down for grip. Complimentary bottled water and soda loaded every day into fridge. Overall we would stay here again. Only 5 floors and I believe no more than 8 rooms per floor. Location was safe and we walked all day and night without a worry. There were coffee shops and food everywhere. Definitely a hipster/foodie area.
