「This place is a dump! The room smelled like cigarettes, curtains were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way. TV wouldn’t work without having staff come enter a password, then he still couldn’t get channels and had to have another person come fix it. Furniture was broken, so called Continental breakfast is nothing but a counter with a few wrapped pastries. But overall the worst was the smell in the entire place, not just the room.」

「The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms looked newly renovated which was nice. The one thing I’d suggest they upgrade would be the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not appetizing at all, with the eggs being most likely from powdered eggs and the sausage just looked off. The coffee also needs an upgrade, it was being percolated into a plastic jug and poured into the serving carafe, which is a bit off putting. Other than that, a nice hotel with a great staff.」

「フロントの対応はとても良かった。 部屋のキャビネットと壁の間に隙間があり、そこにゴミがたくさん落ちていた。 チェックイン時間前には荷物を預かって頂き、チェックアウト後も出発まで荷物を預かっていただけて助かった。 ルームキーが２枚とも使えなくなり交換していただいた。」
