Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, faux fireplaces and a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes a tub, extra towels and a blow dryer. Make the most of your time in Monroe at our wonderful apartment.
Walk across the street and enjoy the wine tasting room at Broadley Vineyards, and the local artists at the Monroe Arts Center. Walk a block or two away and see what amazing eateries Monroe has to offer at The Long Branch, Long Timber Brewing and Bennys Pizza. Below the apartment is Christmas Junction, a year round Christmas store.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please dont strip the beds. Just load and turn on the dishwasher if there are dishes. Please close the drapes.
Place towels and wash cloths in laundry hamper in bathroom. Turn air conditioner to 78. Wipe up any messes.
Double check you grabbed your phone chargers and any other electronic devices. Please contact me immediately if you did leave something and I will get it back to you.
