"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers. Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay."
