"Owner company of this property are totally unprofessional, informal, they are just talk g the money of the payment and then disappear. We never had the instructions/details to access to the property and they never answer neither before the check in, nor at the date of the check in, nor even until now. We are trying to contact them, VRBO trying to call them and no one had luck. This company should be out of the market and be banned to do business in this way. This is complete unacceptable....

"The apartment is great. However there was little in the way of information on arrival and no instruction sheet. I expect emergency contact details and leaving instructions at least. There is a gym on the complex but not told about it. Stop using really cheap toilet rolls, this is meant to be a luxury holiday. "
