「If you’re wondering whether to book this place, just do it! It was our favorite part of our trip to Greece. It is located in a quiet fishing village. The views are amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We looked forward to breakfast every morning that included plenty of coffee and options for all dietary needs. They even had a juicer and fruits and vegetables for fresh juice....

「This new venture in a mansion with an historic story has been open 4 months in the village on the side of a mountain above Volos. Owners Chris and Rob are welcoming, professional and offer top notch service and warmth in a residence with stunning views. 「Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!」

「Funky classic mid-century modern hotel. Clean. Decent breakfast. Central. Would recommend. The town of Lamia was an unexpected delay: I just stayed here as the nearest place to Thermopylae, but it is an engaging and lively town with lots of good restaurants and pubs.」
