"This was a good value overnight stay for central Utrecht, and great to have the private bathroom facilities. The room only has floor radiator that you can control, but I found it would only heat the side of the room nearest to it and not the rest of the room towards the bathroom. It wasn't a terrible issue, but a little irritating to be so cold everytime you walked to and from the bathroom. "Great people, great amenities, easy to get to/from by Amsterdam Centraal station. Beds were comfortable, no privacy curtains but didn’t mind. In room shower was a little cramped but reasonable all things considered. Would stay again!"

"Staff was great and the hostel overall is really nice they were accommodating when it came to storing my insulin in the fridge and keeping my ice packs in the freezer. I will say some of the area seems a bit sketch (I saw a guy get jumped) and it’s a bit out of the way from the central part of the city"

"I stayed in a deluxe king room , and it felt very much like a hotel. It was clean, the facilities were clean. It’s right next to a beautiful park. Not very close to the city centre, but taking the tram was fairly easy & it’s close by. The only negatives : check in was at 2pm, and my room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Also, if there was daily housekeeping , it was not very apparent they were there. "

"Wow this is easily the best hostel I've stayed in on my trip (one month+!). Staff were lovely, showers were brilliant, air con in the rooms!! and breakfast included. Also brilliant location, backs onto the cute canals and close to lots of restaurants and coffeeshops ;) "

"The place is very clean and there’s always a staff member available. However, because there’s a nightclub behind the building, and it’s open 6 days a week, it’s very loud between 8pm and 3-4am. BRING EARPLUGS!! There’s also a pool hall above. The showers don’t have temperature control and they turn off every 20 seconds or so so you have to keep touching the sensor. The same with the light in the shower room so you have to keep stepping out of the shower to reactivate the light. Also, toilets...

"Staff was the most accommodating of any hotel we stayed in. We had to leave early to catch a bus and requested a take away breakfast. Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey. So friendly and accommodating. "
