"We loved our stay at Golden Circle Cabins. The cabin felt brand new, was very clean, and had tons of windows, which made it feel like we were surrounded by nature even while inside. The beds were comfortable, the water temperature was great, and the kitchenette had just enough of what we needed. "Easy to coming out every where I wanted"

"The staff here were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and spa were both great. There were definitely parts of the stay we enjoyed. That said, overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star experience than what we were expecting for the price. We paid extra for the “upgraded” rooms, but they still felt a bit rough around the edges and not especially updated. The biggest downside was the construction happening directly outside our room basically all day. It was really loud, and we were surprised there wasn’t any heads up about it before arriving. You could even hear the construction noise from the spa, which took away from the whole relaxing atmosphere. The location also wasn’t our favourite. It’s a bit farther from the city centre, and the main street nearby is mostly tourist souvenir shops. Overall, not a bad stay, and the staff were genuinely lovely, but it didn’t quite feel worth the price for us."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean throughout — both the rooms and common areas were consistently well kept and comfortable. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and we even had the chance to meet the very kind and lovely lady who was running the kitchen. You can tell the staff genuinely care about creating a good experience for guests. The location ended up being a huge plus as well. Only about a 7–8 minute drive from downtown Reykjavík, but without the stress of staying directly in the city center. There was plenty of parking available both onsite and nearby, which gave us a lot of peace of mind compared to some of the downtown parking situations we encountered in Reykjavík. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Here’s a more polished, slightly posh-British version with that warm, gracious travel-review tone: I rather embarrassingly managed to book my stay for the wrong day and only realised my mistake upon arriving at the hotel. The front desk staff could not have been more kind or accommodating. Although the hotel was unfortunately fully booked, they happily stored my luggage while I worked out an alternative plan, and even offered use of the shower should I decide to head straight to the airport. Sadly, because the booking had been made through Hotels.com, neither they nor the hotel were able to cancel or amend the reservation. Nonetheless, the receptionist went above and beyond — she even contacted a guest who had not yet arrived, as there was one remaining reserved room, to see whether they still intended to check in. The level of service at CityHub Reykjavik was simply sublime. I stayed here previously and found it wonderfully comfortable, and this experience only reinforced my impression. Exceptional hospitality and genuinely lovely people. A tiny lapse in my planning; a masterclass in customer service."

"Hotel conveniently located if you need parking and will move around out of Reykjavik. Staff EXTREMELY friendly, very helpful with a smile in their faces. The room is too small. I was expecting a little more comfort for the price we paid. Bed is comfortable, just 1 pillow per person and 2 small separate blankets. Might be cultural, but we thought that unusual. The bathroom is also small. Breakfast very good, wonderful breads and a few local delicacies."
