Great place to stay, in a fantastic location. Rooms and communal areas were immaculately clean, and the inside/ outside pool worked really well (retractable roof remained closed during our stay). Breakfast nice too.

Very nice pool and surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and well set out and the balcony was large with 2 sunbeds. It's in a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. One small piece of feedback, it would be nice if there was an ice cube tray in the freezer.

We were massively impressed with this resort. The apartment was so much better than we had anticipated. It was spacious and immaculately clean. It also had lots of amenities that we hadn’t expected - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board etc. There were also 2 x sofas, and dining tables inside and on the balcony. We didn’t want for anything. (It even had sky sports!) The apartment was cleaned every day which was lovely. The breakfast was included in our holiday price and was eaten at the ‘Sena’ restaurant which was on the complex and the food and choice was incredible. We also booked an evening meal there which was delicious! Further added bonuses were the under cover heated pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna, plus a little gym. Honestly. Nothing to fault. Our friends have now booked for next year and we are looking to book again too…

Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again.

Clean comfortable large 1 bedroom apartment with air-con in lounge & bedroom and good choice of English TV including sky sports channels. Let down slightly by lack of any "welcome pack" in the well equipped kitchen or even some UHT milk pods as there are no shops within walking distance. There were a couple of tea bags and two coffee pods for a coffee machine. Breakfast was included and was adequate (coffee was only available from a machine and tasted odd). We were unable to arrive on our booked first night as our flight was cancelled but the hotel was adamant that we could not be offered any kind of refund or even an extended use of the room on our last day. We had to ask a few times before we were allowed an hour's grace on the 11 o'clock check-out.

Nice resort close to golf courses. Apartment was good with kitchen, balcony and separate bedroom. Sadly the bed was very firm and my wife actually slept on one of the couches both nights.

Brilliant stay !

It was exactly want we were looking for, a quiet,relaxing holiday! The apartment was for 4 people and it was absolutely perfect , highly recommend, it had everything we required and more ,we were all very impressed . The apartments are well situated and within walking distance to quite a few beautiful restaurants and Quinta shopping mall ! It also had an excellent restaurant called Chez Jorge on site , again highly recommend ! Will definitely return !

We loved our stay

Excellent clean apartment in nice complex. Lovely indoor pool area which was practically private. Free breakfast which was very good and a nice addition (special mention to Patricia who hosted the breakfast each morning, she was fabulous and my children loved her). All staff very friendly. Only minor improvements would be the ability to use the parking spaces directly in front of the apartment which would make Things slightly easier for lifting sleeping babies out of the car and into bed.

Wonderful place to stay. Location and amenities were great. Also very quiet. Only complaint we had was that there was a sewage smell in the bathroom after we ran water. It may only be in the unit were in and fixable. Also, we would have appreciated higher wattage in the light bulbs. However, we would certainly stay there again!

All good baring arrived to broken a/c in bedrooms, no welcome pack even water and breakfast was chaos. Friends had stayed last year and had breakfast trays to the apartment which we’d prefer. Breakfast was severely understaffed and a lottery whether you’d get fed a basic menu.

There was no bar or restaurant on property as claimed. Was not allowed to plug in my electric car which was very rude and disappointing even though I promised I would charge at low speed which would have been fine. Very boring place. Terrible breakfast. Certainly not 4 stars
