Welcome to this charming and light-filled top-floor apartment, located in the heart of Almada. Recently refurbished, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, combining comfort with an authentic local feel—perfect for short stays or longer visits.

The apartment is situated on the 5th and top floor of a traditional building. Although there is no elevator, the staircase is wide and easy to climb. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and a desk, ideal for remote work, and a second bedroom with a single bed. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the apartment also offers a washing machine, hairdryer, high-speed WiFi, and a television.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the outdoor space. You’ll enjoy two private balconies with lovely views over the Tejo River—perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxing evenings. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops, and with easy access to Lisbon and Costa da Caparica, this apartment is an excellent base to experience the best of Almada.

The property was well located and had an amazing view. Though knowing the situation with no elevator it was quite challenging to get up every time and with the heat rising at the top. When we got there we were well welcomed, the bathroom was a bit dirty from previous hair shavings, soap was not refilled and there was a very bad smell everyday from the sinks in the house which made the whole apartment smell especially with the heat.
