The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool, offering a refreshing escape to cool off and bask in the warm weather, perfect for leisurely afternoons or family fun.
The spacious living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, boasting a plush sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats six.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher adds convenience, making cleanup effortless, while a washer and ironing equipment cater to your laundry needs.
The master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering a sanctuary of privacy and ease. The two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, provide ample space for family members or friends to rest comfortably. All beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The two bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.

The region is known for its proximity to several popular beaches, such as Costa da Caparica, which offers extensive sandy shores and is a sought-after destination for surfing and leisure activities.
Nearby, visitors can explore attractions like the Casa da Boa Memória, which offers traditional Portuguese products, and the WindSpirit Club, which is ideal for water sports and activities. Additionally, the area boasts various restaurants, such as Restaurante Livorno, known for its meat rodízio and pleasant atmosphere.
For those using public transportation, the area is served by several bus lines that provide easy access to different parts of the city and surrounding areas.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Rua de Vera Cruz N49, is just a 1-minute walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
