Ideal for couples, this accommodation features an inviting and bright living area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The living room, adorned with an elegant botanical-patterned wallpaper, is equipped with a round dining table, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV.

The welcoming kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the basic utensils, the kitchen has an oven, electric hob and other practical appliances to assist you day to day.

Access to the sunny balcony is through the wide glass doors from the living room, flooding the entire interior with abundant natural light during the day. The outdoor space is furnished with relaxing design chairs and a small table, making it the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun or take in the stunning panoramic view over the vast sandy beach and the ocean.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in a very serene style and is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Incredibly bright, it offers direct access to the balcony, giving you the privilege of waking up to a superb front-facing sea view.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and personal care products for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Costa da Caparica, this accommodation offers you the perfect retreat where beachside relaxation meets urban convenience. The energy of this neighbourhood is infectious, marked by surf culture, sunny days and the refreshing Atlantic breeze. Just a short walk away, you will find the vast golden sands and the famous waves of the Caparica beaches. Heading out for a morning run or a leisurely stroll along the lively "Paredão" is a must, as is tasting the wonderful freshly grilled fish or savouring a cocktail at sunset in one of the several iconic beach bars in the area.

Despite enjoying all this relaxing coastal atmosphere, the proximity to the capital, Lisbon, is absolutely exceptional. A short and scenic journey (whether by car crossing the impressive Ponte 25 de Abril, or by a picturesque ferry crossing from Trafaria or Cacilhas), will take you into the vibrant heart of the city of light. You will have immediate access to the monumental charms of Belém (where tasting the famous pastéis is a must), the cultural buzz of Chiado and the picturesque traditional alleyways of Alfama, and you can quickly return to your peaceful seaside paradise at the end of the day.

Beyond this privileged connection to Lisbon, Costa da Caparica serves as an excellent strategic base for exploring the greatest tourist attractions of the entire surrounding region. With easy road access, planning itineraries becomes incredibly practical. From here, it is easy to drive south to be amazed by the lush greenery and crystal-clear waters of the Arrábida Natural Park, or to visit the charming fishing village of Sesimbra. If you prefer to head north, be enchanted by the romantic magic and historic heritage of Sintra or the cosmopolitan charm of Cascais bay, and don't forget to stop by the nearby city of Almada to climb up to the imposing Cristo Rei and marvel at the best panoramic view over the Tagus river estuary!

The property is located in Costa de Caparica, one of the most popular seaside areas in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.

By bus, Transportes Sul do Tejo (TST) operates several lines with direct connections between Costa de Caparica and central Lisbon (Praça de Espanha) and Almada. The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk from the property.

By ferry + bus, one of the most scenic options is to take the ferry between Cais do Sodré (Lisbon) and Cacilhas, and then the TST bus to Costa de Caparica — total journey of approximately 45 to 55 minutes.

By car, the A2 motorway and the Ponte 25 de Abril allow you to reach central Lisbon in approximately 25 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (Lisbon) is approximately 35 to 45 minutes by car, via the A2 and Ponte 25 de Abril. For those travelling without a car, the most practical option is a taxi or Uber/Bolt directly from the airport to the property. Taxis and ride-hailing vehicles are easily available in Costa de Caparica.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
