Price was right and the property is close to a nice park overlooking the reservoir. It is pretty much what you’d expect in this price range. Continental breakfast would be better if they provided some fruit, yogurt, and juice. Everything worked fine and the room was clean. The large TV and DirectTV was nice.

This place rocks. Jenny is super awesome. Could t ask for a better hotel associate at all. Very attentive and easy to work with. She’s an absolute pleasure. The rooms are clean. Very clean. And the bed I had at least was very comfortable

While check in and the room were good, the breakfast was less nice. Very limited choices, juice dispenser "out of order". Biscuits were cold and when heated in the microwave, were very hard to cut.

Heater in room took forever to turn on. Remnants of remodel all around the property. 1 staff person more centered on cell phone than patrons. We felt like a nuisance to his time. Appreciated late night check in option.

So so

Checkin was ok. Service lacking. Rooms dated and poorly maintained. No updates. No hot water. Light fixtures were new, but they didnt repainted or fix the wall where the old ones were, so you could see the old place where they were. Not much for breakfast. Juice machine didnt work. And only thing offered warm was buscuits and gravy. Quiet place. And it was clean. Some of the towels had stains. Tv blocking the mirror. Night stand missing a drawer.

I was suprised when my request for a ground floor room was denied. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot when I checked in and only 3 when I left. Not many guests here. I'm sure there was one available. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Col biscuits, Cold and clearly leftover gravy. I tried the waffle maker. The batter was old and separated when I tried to pour some out. Don't waste your money here. This is my second stay at this facility and it wasn't any better than the first. On the up side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked but sounds like it's on its last leg.

Our microwave did not work. A replacement was brought in when we reported it. We had a refrigerator. Everything was froze solid in the morning. We probably will stay here again due to the distance the town was in our travels.

I have stayed here every time I’ve been to Alma with no problems. This time, horrible. There were roaches in our room. They did move us rooms, after they gave us a can of flea and bed bug spray to try and kill them. I’m so glad I don’t have to ever go back. I would rather sleep in my car.
