「Good and clean, with plenty of space and great views right off the porch」

「The property was excellent. Very secluded, the cabin was the perfect size for our group and the hot tub was an excellent addition. We saw wildlife everyday we were there, including a moose, and got some excellent pictures. We would definitely stay again.」

However, the water heater doesn’t provide enough hot water for a 5-bedroom house, and some areas were quite dirty. There are too many items in the house, and many of them are not clean. 「A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. All communication, when needed with the team was great. A perfect "wild" hideaway with...

「Place was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.」

「Absolutely amazing! Perfect for a large family and friends. So comfortable and the views were spectacular! Loved the lower floor. Private, yet very easily part of the whole group. Great for two or extended families.」

「This place was perfect. It was so cozy and well decorated. It was very clean. Quiet location where you could really enjoy the views. Also we saw moose multiple times which was a highlight. The beds were so comfortable. It fit our group very well. The small touches with having things for dogs like dog treats, toys, and beds for them was so thoughtful. We would come here again in a heartbeat.」
