「This was a lovely find! Pepin is an adorable town and the Inn is in walking distance to everything. Jan, the Innkeeper, was a delight to talk with and her communication was open and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the solarium was a relaxing end to our day. Highly recommend!」

「Loved the guest house」

「Two outside cameras on property with audio capabilities. The beach picture in the postings was not what we were close to. Small beach area.」

「The other people staying there partied until about 3 a.m. We got very little sleep.」

「We had a wonderful weekend in Pepin. Jan was very good at communication and allowed us to check-in a little bit early. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and cozy. Thanks for a great experience.」

「Quaint small town, central location, great communication from owner, nice living room area TV, 2 couches, large bathroom, nice shower & makeup vanity area, compact kitchen with everything you could possibly need, tasteful decor with local art, sweet little patio with seating for 2. Right on the Main Street but it is such a quiet town it never felt busy. Nice shops and restaurant within a block. Welcome bottle of wine & coffee/creamer available was a nice touch. The apartment is above a store....

「Host was wonderful. River, beach, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Family friendly. Property was very clean and supplies for every day needs available.」

「Simple, yet absolutely superb accommodations. Incredible view from room and walking distance to all major sights! 」

「Jan is the person hostess and so easy to work with. This was our second visit and won’t be our last. This suite has such a relaxing feel to it with great light. We spend hours on the large deck just watching the trains and the river. The location is excellent for short trips to Stockholm and The Pizza Barn, Our timing was perfect for picking blueberries at Rush River Produce.」

「They don’t come any sweeter than Jan. My wife and I are blessed to have gotten acquainted with her. She was a wonderful host to us during our stay. We’ll most certainly return for future excursions and are delighted to have cultivate a new-found friendship.」

「The property in the photos is as pictured. The host Beau was great with communication. Check-in was easy and we had beautiful views of the lake. The pool was a nice break from the high temperatures. We have stayed a couple of times and will be back the next time we are in lake city!」
