「We stayed for one night whilst travelling through. The staff we met were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was fresh, tasteful, well equipped and very clean. 「Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty.」
