* Bedroom 3 – Family Bedroom: three single beds under the eaves, ideal for children or adults who prefer separate beds.
* Bedroom 4 – Standard Bedroom: low double bed, bedside tables.
* Dormitory / Mezzanine – Children's sleeping area: up to 4 children's sleeping spaces on mattresses placed on the floor.
* Total capacity of 12 to 13 sleeping spaces: 3 single beds, 3 double beds, and 4 children's sleeping spaces in the dormitory. Bed linen provided, duvets and pillows ready for use.

Practical information and transport
* Lake Allos: 7.2 km, approximately 14 minutes by car via the D226.
* La Foux d'Allos and Val d'Allos resort: approximately 8 to 9 km, 15 minutes by car.
* Internal resort shuttle services operate mainly during the season and connect La Foux, Le Seignus, and Le Village.
