The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in total autonomy and comfort.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower box and bidet, while outside guests can enjoy a pleasant private veranda overlooking the greenery and olive trees typical of the Salento landscape, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, aperitifs at sunset or moments of total tranquility.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
