「The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...

「The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Check in was smooth. Communications with the property owner were a breeze--she was very responsive and helpful! We had access to a good gym which is always a plus when traveling. Great value! We highly recommend.」

「Host was welcoming and accommodating. He gave very detailed instructions. Only issue we had was that the place smelled like someone was smoking marijuana here or in the surrounding apartment, and it made all our clothes we’d packed for our trip smell. The host tried to rectify it by bringing over spray and an air purifier, but the smell was just too strong. Also be advised that one of the queen beds for the living room space is an air mattress. That is not clearly listed. 」
