「The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...

「The apartment was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Check in was smooth. Communications with the property owner were a breeze--she was very responsive and helpful! We had access to a good gym which is always a plus when traveling. Great value! We highly recommend.」

「Just can’t offer enough praise about this stylishly modern (but still very welcoming) pied-a-terre apartment in the heart of everything cool and entertaining about Dallas. It’s totally private with its own wall enclosed covered patio surrounded by landscaping which is more like an additional outdoor room (opening from the wide sliding glass doors of the main living area) that generously enlarges your active ueable space. 「Abdul was helpful, and for the most part we enjoyed the apartment. Better furnishings would have garnered 5 stars, but the 3 chairs and table were not very sturdy (one chair was broken). Better to have 4 sturdy bar stools to go with the nice kitchen bar. Warning: only park along the building; DON'T park in the parking lot or you'll get an annoying bright green sticker on your driver window and possibly towed. Over-zealous (think Barney Fife) security staff for HUB 121. 」
