"Stayed in a room across the elevated railroad tracks. We were on the 19th floor and we were awaken by every train that passes by. "

"Upon check-in the staff were cordial from the check in agent to the person cleaning the lobby. Friendly, cordial, and greets with a smile. The hotel is quite dated and looks like a property that is past it’s prime. The bathroom faucet fixture looked to have lime scale deposits on the open flow channel where the water channels out from. The carpet looks like straight up 90s Vegas, so if you’re into that, this is your place to be. Sorry, no strobe light or disco ball. This property carries the Doubletree name but it lags far behind other Doubletree locations when it comes to conditions. The cookies are still great, and it seems that the staff are trying their level best to make up for the shortcomings of the property conditions, and that alone is commendable."

"Complimentary drinks upon arrival, a clean suite, made for a very comfortable stay. It was a great value. I skipped the breakfast but it smelled delicious. "

"Staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. The space was clean and well lit. The elevators are a little fast and can make you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster for the first millisecond. "

"They require you put a $100.00 deposit when you check in. Room was clean and honestly we were surprised. Only problem was the smoke detector kepted on chirping all night long and I didn't have the energy to go down and complain. So I did my best to ignore it while my wife slept like a baby, Bed and pillows were confortable. Felt like home. Outside of property was dirty. Cups and trash everywhere. People smoking weed outside. This is a rough neighborhood. They share parking with a comfort inn. So you have to get a parking pass for each vehicle. There's a Burger King close by and The Wild Turkey used to be pretty good to eat at back in the day. A few good clubs around the area too. "

"The room or the hotel is right next to the road. Or highway. You could hear the cars driving by. And was terrible the windows is not sound proof at all. "
