All the floor are spoiled wall are breaking. Mosquitoes flys in rooms smelly room
Pls don’t encourage in Expedia - looking at Expedia we r booking do pls remove from Expedia

Reasonably clean. Bathroom was smelly and cannot sleep. Check room before booking. However, was happy that I got a room during kumbh mela.

Decent room.
Stayed there for MahaKumbh parv. Stayed in room no 6 in ground floor. Decent hotel. Food was better than other places. They have lot of menu options. Room was ok. No complaints.
Paid 10k during my stay. Too costly for the room type, but considering it was MahaKumbh parv and as everywhere rates were 5x, this was a good deal.

Food is excellent. Staff is excellent. Some rooms (in the smaller building) do not have proper ventilation.

Bad quality Hotel
This hotel shows is 4 star category hotel..
Actually this hotel quality is 2 star category.
They provide only one Towels, One tooth kit for two persons.
Hotel service is very low category, they didn't interested on Customers issues.
Their restaurant provide is very third class service..
Also they provide expired bread for Breakfast as date on 26th Jan. 2025. ( issues shows to manager )
Hotel is not worthy on Price..

Our check time is 18:00 on 25th Jan 2025 and that time their person is spraying Room freshener.
Hotel Quality is very low but Mahakumbh ke Vajah se Shambhunath ke naam and Category pe loot chaalu hai..

Rude front desk clerks. I booked two rooms through Expedia for 5 people, but when I arrived, they claimed the booking was for only 2 people and charged an additional 1500 rupees. They gave us a hard time, so be careful. They will look for every opportunity to charge you more. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend
Our stay was for one night...rooms are excellent...very helpful hotel staff...we used 2 times for dinner and breakfast...very tasty food...overall pretty good time at the hotel

It's a decent hotel, but make sure you don't get the room in the heritage wing. It's not worth the money as the rooms are spacious, but you feel a bit suffocated.
