"This place is okay. Everything is pretty old but the place is clean. There is no AC but its next to the beach so its fresh. We went in March2026. I'd go back because its better than the hotels in the area but be prepared for old restrooms. "

"Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. "

"The staff here were amazing and attentive. The bungalows are cute and come with a fridge and coffee maker. Not fancy but private and very near the strip. They do get a bit chilly in the winter. The parking lot is gated and has security. We really enjoyed our trip and will be staying here again."
