Villa with good areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a dining room and other social kitchen, fully equipped. The land is enclosed and properly arranged to allow clients are the beneficiaries of space. This allows a social space outside (not only on the terraces as well as on the outside of the house). The two living areas (social component and board) are open to the kitchen, because there are no walls, although these spaces are physically divided among the different levels. This, stimulating social environment and interaction between customers / visitors, which allows everyone to enjoy the scenery. It has lots of natural light (large windows / doors). A modern furnishings. With two large balconies that let you enjoy the fantastic kind. Located at a high altitude for a fantastic landscape.

Beautiful place to stay

Luis has been very friendly and the communication has been perfect. The house is large with a lot of space and is well equipped, especially the kitchen, what is not always usual. It is situated in a calm area near Monte Clerigo, but you will need definately a car. We´ll come back, that´s for sure!

Lovely

Spacious house, very well equipped with great eye for detail. The large balconies on the west and east side are perfect for an early morning coffee or a late afternoon drink. Ideal for exploring the Rota Vicentina on foot and the Algarve by car. Beautiful scenery, quiet beaches, friendly people, not overrun by tourists. Luis is a very friendly host who provides you with detailed information about the property and is quick to answer any question.

Fabulous home

Immediately felt at home in this property! All the rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. This home is very spacious and heaters and fireplace made it cozy on cool March evenings. The area is beautiful and quiet in spite of the construction nearby. We enjoyed exploring numerous beaches and sights in the Algarve, never more than an hour drive. Aljezur has a sweet old town with historic and cool vibe and lovely beaches within walking distance. Luis and Liliana were always available if needed and attentive.I hope to return!

Wunderschöner Strandurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeder Schlafraum hat sein eigenes Badezimmer und es gibt noch eine zusätzliche Toilette. Der Praia Amoreira ist über einen kleinen Fussweg in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Ein Leihwagen ist jedoch zum Einkaufen dringend erforderlich.

Wonderful location and a great home for family vacations

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location. We had everything we needed and Luís even had us brought extra towels when we needed them. I especially enjoyed the fact that each of us had our own bathrooms and privacy, the amazing view into the valley, and the daily walk to the beach through the dunes full of birds and flowers. We even saw bee eaters, the most colorful birds of Europe. Thanks, Luís and team, for this wonderful vacation.

Erholung pur

Wir haben die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Zimmer sind für Paare top und auch für 3 Freundinnen so wie wir, da hatte jeder 1 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Vom Haus aus kann man gut zum Strand laufen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder in diese Gegend und das Haus kann ich bestens empfehlen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Urlaubsregion

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, alles was das Herz begehrt. Es hat eine wunderschönen Blick in das Tal, ist ruhig gelegen und alles war sehr sauber. Luìs ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir werden wiederkommen!!!

Wundervolles Haus über Monte Clerigo und Amoreira

Luis Haus ist große Klasse, hell, mit großzügigen Schlafzimmern und direkt angeschlossenen Bädern mit einem einmaligen Blick über das Amoreira-Tal bis nach Aljezur. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, Luis war stets freundlich, perfekt organisiert und hat uns prima begleitet. Sehr unkompliziert und das Haus eine wahre Wohlfühloase. Mit direktem Fußweg zu den beiden superschönen Stränden Amoreira und Monte Clerigo (ca. 1 km). Die perfekte Morgenrunde zu Fuß. Wir waren schon in Joaos Haus direkt am Strand von Monte Clerigo, aber Luis Villa in Espartal hat uns vor allem wegen des Luxus, der Ruhe und der sehr guten Aufenthaltsqualität bei den seltenen, erfrischenden Regenschauern noch besser gefallen. Sechs Personen haben reichlich Platz. Wie wir finden, angesichts der super Annehmlichkeiten im Haus und der Lage eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder! Danke Luis 😀👍🇵🇹

Schönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

Luis‘ Haus ist großzügig und wunderbar. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zum Strand sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dank der Mündung des Flusses kann man auch mit kleinen Kindern ungefährlich baden. Daher ist es nicht so schlimm, dass es keinen Pool gibt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert per Mail und Handy. Bei Problemen ist jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Es gibt keine Zentralheizung. Man kann jedoch mit kleinen Radiatoren ein bisschen heizen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Immer wieder super bei Luis !

Ich war nun das dritte oder vierte Mal bei Luis im Haus. Ich bin begeistert, dass es Luis schafft, über die Jahre den Standards und die Qualität des Hauses zu erhalten. Wie immer haben wir uns, wir waren zu zweit, sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Ganz besonders beeindruckt mich immer wieder, den Sonnenaufgang vor dem Haus zu beobachten. Zu der Weg zu den umliegenden Stränden ist nicht weit, der Monte Clerigo mit kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet alle Gegebenheiten, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Diesmal habe ich jedoch nicht nur Urlaub gemacht sondern per Video Konferenzen gearbeitet. Das Internet ist stabil und gut genug, so dass auch ein Arbeiten von der Algarve aus möglich ist. Wir bedanken uns für die gute Betreuung durch Luis, sowie seinem Team, dass uns alle Unterstützung geboten hat, die wir benötigen. Wer gerne selber kocht: die Küche bietet alles, was man für ausführliche Koch Sessions benötigt. Schlafzimmer, Bädermatratzen, alles ist so, dass man sich beruhigt zurücklehnen und genießen kann. Lieber Luis: vielen Dank für den wieder einmal sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Mooie ruime vakantie woning, met prachtig uitzicht.

Mooi groot huis, met alle gemakken van dien. Dicht bij een klein strandje. Fiets huren of auto huren is wel van belang, om ergens boodschappen te doen. Miste alleen wat lekkere ligstoelen om te relaxen buiten bij het huis.. Prachtig uitzicht, en je kan heerlijk wandelen daar langs de kliffen. Voortreffelijk!!!

Really nice

We are coming in the area for 8 years and it’s hard to find à Nice place with all the équipement you need for a 3 kids family. We found it in Luis’s house. The house is really cleaned and has a good location. The team is great ! When we need something Luis is there ! I recomand thé house at 100%

Wunderbares Haus !

Wir waren nun über die letzten Jahre schon das zweite Mal im Haus von Luis. Wie auch beim ersten Mal sind wir sehr zufrieden und sehr überzeugt von Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, von welchen jedes ein eigenes Bad hat und noch dazu eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, eigener sich das Haus auch dafür, mit mehreren Parteien zu verreisen. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einen Blick vom riesigen Wohnzimmer - Fenster in das Amoeira Tal und man wird morgens von der aufgehenden Sonne begrüsst. Sitzgelegenheiten, Balkone und Terassen rund um das Haus sind so angeordnet, dass man den ganzen Tag Demo Lauf der Sonne folgen kann und immer Inder Sonne- oder auch im Schatten sitzen kann. Luis hat es geschafft, über die Jahre, das Haus immer auf den neusten Stand zu halten und durchgängig für eine hochwertige Ausstatttung zu sorgen. Luis kümmert sich um seine Gäste und der Kontakt zu ihm ist wertschätzend und freundschaftlich. Vielen Dank Luis- wir kommen gerne wieder !
