Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food. However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport.

The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

Everything was great except the first day. They put us first in a smoking room where I couldn’t breathe and then to the room that was very cold and noisy on the second floor.

Nice hotel with access to downtown Dubai but a form of transportation like a taxi ride is required. Great delicious morning buffet restaurant.

Location spot on, right in from of the Marina walk and short distance from JBR.
