"This has one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. The location is excellent with Bugis being walkable . The breakfast was good but not excellent. It could have had more variety. Otherwise an excellent hotel."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."

Perfect location within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands and great shopping. Would definitely stay again."

We booked a Pacific Club room, which gave us access to the Level 38 Pacific Club lounge—and it truly elevated our stay. The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless.
