"The location was excellent, really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, museums, casino, marina and castle!! The room was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, good air con, and well presented. The hot tub was a great addition and a really good size! Only draw back was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of accommodation, a small price to pay for the perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would happily return for another holiday! "

"Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied...

"Property and staff are amazing the location is great pretty much everything is walking distance, my only con is the hotel is on a busy street if planning be driving your own car parking is difficult other than that only great reviews for this hotel."

"Lovely property with 2 great pools and a nice restaurant and amenities. Gym was particularly nice. Our room had a harbor view but the common spaces have a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the hotel felt a little stingy/like they were trying to nickel and dime us at every turn — for instance, you have to pay a €35 deposit to rent a pool towel (which gets refunded when you return the towels), and then pay a €2 fee to exchange the towels for fresh ones. Felt very unnecessary for a hotel that’s literally on the beach. Otherwise nice though."

"The whole team from reception, to bar staff were great and helped ensure an enjoyable stay. Room cleanliness was spot on and usual amenities changed daily by the cleaning staff - Gabrielle had prepared room for our stay (name was indicated on welcome card), and the initial high standard was maintained throughout. Had a near miss or two exiting bathroom area, as water from shower cubicle getting through gap in door, so floor - even though we were wiping it up - could get a little slippy underfoot… Hotel location was perfect for restaurants, bars, culture and provided easy walking access to pretty much everywhere. Beach towels, along with other ‘day at the beach paraphernalia’ were available from reception. Beach itself - about a 3 minute walk away - was busy but top notch. Hotel’s Roof Top bar was a prime spot and reasonably priced - also provided a comfy spot for us to watch the Champions League final on the Saturday evening;). Bar staff were a great bunch - pleasant and really interpersonal. Alicante a lovely, walkable city and if we should return for a further visit, will highly likely return to this hotel."
