Villa 'Dimora Sella - Alice' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Alghero, the recently renovated 64 m² Villa Alice accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Part of a well-kept complex surrounded by nature and just a short distance from Alghero, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and, upon request, a baby cot and high chair. An outdoor shower by the pool adds extra comfort to your stay.



Outside, a veranda invites you to relax among olive trees. The shared outdoor pool, also nestled among olives, provides the perfect setting for unwinding in nature.



Shared parking is available on site. Pets are welcome upon request; they must be supervised and kept close, as other animals such as dogs, cats, and horses live on the property and are well cared for. The owners reside on the property (not in your accommodation) and are available for tips or local information.



Events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 2:00–4:00 pm and 11:00 pm–8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in common areas. Diving, splashing, or shouting are not permitted in the pool to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. Waste separation is required, with daily collection (except Sundays) by staff.



Cleaning service available for an extra fee. The property is 2 km from town and can be reached by car, motorbike, or bicycle.
