"This property is listed as a 5-star hotel, but honestly that is not the feeling we had. I think one of the main points to our dissatisfaction was staff, which were not very helpful. Did not offer any help with bags, the reception staff upon arrival had an argument with another desk and after that was short and kinda rude to other guests. Cleaning staff seemed to be always delayed and behind schedule and overworked."
