「Excellent reception and housekeeping staff but poor service by pool and at lounge. Room and property were beautiful. Mattress needed to be rotated, which they did, after we complained that the mattress was sagging. Breakfast was awesome but alcoholic drinks were overpriced. Air conditioner was not cool enough .」
