"I loved the house and the decor. It was really nice to have a place to go to after a long day at a Tech conference that was NOT a hotel room."

"We had 8 adults and 8 children under 8 yrs old. The house was advertised as sleeping 17. The house only has bedding for 10, not 17. The living areas are sparse with only a sofa and 2 soft chairs. The dining room only seats 6. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The outside amenities are very good..fire pit, grill, sitting area. The location is very good. We were able to make the house work for us because my daughter and family live in Arlington and they stayed the nights at their house."

"The property was nice; however, the communication with the host was less than expected and sometimes the responses received were inappropriate. We did not have cleaning supplies, the water pressure was low making bathing difficult. Also, there were insects in the kitchen and the bathroom. There were not sufficient hangers for our clothes although we had large closets."

"The house was great. It offered space for 9 adults in five bedrooms. The internet was capable to support at least 12 devices. The engagement with the property manager quick and easy. The only issue is because we travelled from overseas, we had some issues with the WiFi lock but it was resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay and amenities available. "

"Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."

"Lovely home in the outskirts of DC. Very nice to have a gated area where we could park our one car. Only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (through a park). Super convenient location for a graduation week base camp. The upstairs bathroom could use a little work but besides that, everything was great!"
