Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.

Rixos Montaza Alexandria
Everything was perfect beside the palace it was closed and no visitors are allowed in. Adham was very nice giving us a tour and explaining about Al Muntazah that was beautiful
