All what this hotel need is to renovate the rooms that are still have carpets and change the windows and curtains in the rooms Bathrooms as well need renovation in the rooms "

"I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience. "We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff were very nice. However, the hotel could improve by offering more variety and ensuring that the bakery items are fresh daily. A major drawback was the lack of reliable WiFi. Although the hotel claimed it was available in the lobby and other open areas, it rarely worked. While the hotel responded promptly to my requests for repairs, I noticed that when issues were reported by the housekeeping staff, they were often ignored."
