「Very very loud noise with multiple parties around, and the hotel staff was useless. First they told us that they can't call the police. Then they told us that we could call the police, but then they said, "There is no point in calling the police because they will then call the security of Montaza, and they won't do anything about it." Useless, sleepless night. Never again.」

「The hotel and resort had great services. Great atmosphere and very quiet overall. I would recommend that more effort be put in keeping the rooms and surrounding parks/grass areas clean from dirt and litter.」

「My stay at the hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to Ms. Marwa and Ms. Asmaa for their incredible hospitality and helpfulness. Big thanks to the whole staff for the excellent service.」
