The hotel's location and beach are amazing. The rooms by the sea are really good and quite close to the beach. The staff were really helpful. However, the hotel needs renovation and the breakfast can be better.

Nice hotel to rest after a trip in Cairo. Staff was very friendly the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. It was clean but did need some TLC touchups. The beach can be cleaned some more. I am sure most of the garbage that its at the beach is not from the hotel, but the hotel has an obligation too keep the beach as clean as possible for its guests to enjoy.

This hotel should close up and not do any business. Staff were cool but the place was miserable air conditioning sucks, room dirty, slide door grease, windows faded from dirt and last thing is the food was horrible and obviously it was preheated don’t try it.

The staff is friendly and professional! The resturant is great and the food is good. The only bad part is the internet connectioN. I had very hard time to do my teaching work and it causes me challenges. I requested from the management to do something about the Hotel internet in the rooms and the Lobby. I hope the strengthening their internet system to satisfy their guests.

I didn't like my stay. Not sure how this is rated a 5-star hotel. The entire hotel is old and outdated. Food quality is very poor. Front desk is barely responsive. Bathroom is not clean. Bathtub is so narrow. Bed was very uncomfortable. The whole setup is not convenient.

Een prachtige lokatie direct aan zee. Personeel vriendelijk. . Het ontbijt was prima maar diner niet heel smakelijk. Verder was het op veel plekken echt niet schoon. Wij waren er in oktober. Naseizoen in Alexandrië. Hierdoor waren wij bijna de enige gasten. We moesten ruim een uur met de taxi naar Alexandrië. Erg ver dus als je elke dag de stad in wilt gaan. Wel was er een taxi van het hotel die ons elke dag naar de stad heeft gebracht. Dat was dus prima geregeld.

Good Beach Access. However everything is dated with obvious signs the property is not being maintained and updated as well as it should be. Don’t even think about getting Internet connection in any of the rooms except in the lobby. This is been an ongoing issue they said they were going to be working on it in January from previous posts I read put nothing has changed. That’s a pretty simple fix but apparently putting Wi-Fi boosters does not seem to be a priority. Also many of the amenities advertised in Expedia was not present in the rooms. Decent place to stay but don’t have high expectations

This property looked gorgeous in the pictures. When we arrived, it did look very nice. There are very pretty pools in the property. There is a beautiful white sand beach. There are beautiful cabanas closer to the beach. But that is where it ends. It seems that this place is more suited for the summer business then the winter business. We were there in March.

It was all really good . Only issue we had was the location , there was no shops or restaurants near by , everything was atleast a kilometer far way . Hotel food was really nice

Utrolig forferdelige rom. Mye rust og når det regner så renner det vann fra taket. Vi er en gruppe på 5 personer og hver gang vi bestilte taxi så ba vi om en større bil så fikk vi samme lille bilen. Der 4 satt bak ( en på fanget) og en fremme. Utrolig dårlig mat.
