"Courteous staff from the Concierge department (went above & beyond with their service), Front desk, Housekeeping and the Breakfast restaurant staff. Very pleased and happy with our stay there during the Holidays.
Location great, property beautiful, just we loved it.
Thank you for the great hospitality. "
"On arrival, the receptionist Lucie was very helpful and checked me in pretty quickly, she also was able to secure me later checkout as well which made my last day much more enjoyable, my room was brilliant and had everything I needed. The spa was great and included with the room I had purchased. When I was leaving the receptionist held my bags for me so I could still enjoy the city one last time before heading home. Would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Paris and wants to be near a landmark and transport links. "
